Explicitly set the Current Health Level and Current Health less than the Player Health Initialization. Override Current Health Level: Override Current Health:

This is not the prettiest tool, but it does follow the proper logic of applying hits to the player's health while recognizing the Current Health Level and overflow damage restrictions and shows how many hits at the Current Health it takes for KIA to take effect.

Some notes/log are added after the hits are applied to show how the health changes and when KO/KIA are applied.

It's still not the best visualization of Current Health hitting 0 causing the Current Health Level Drop, but watching the green circles & squares will hopefully show that better than I've tried to explain it. Go to Current Health Level 3, Current Health 1 and apply 1 hit to watch the tracker go to Current Health Level 2 Current Health 2; There is no tracked "Current Health 0" that takes a hit, which has been the largest learning hurdle here.
